Sales Assistant

A desirable opportunity exists for an accomplished administrative professional to welcome clients and assist the sales team in a variety of duties to help achieve the community's sales goals.  This includes, but is not limited to:

*Maintaining the lead management and tracking system, including preparation of monthly and weekly reports.
*Managing the depositor application process to ensure files are completed and processed in a timely manner.
*Maintaining apartment inventory reports, current pricing lists and pricing history.
*Assisting in planning and execution of marketing events to accomplish desired results.
*Keeping files of competitor advertisements.
*Managing the national Do Not Call (DNC) list

Qualified applicants will preferably possess 3 years of prior administrative support experience and experience in sales administration.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, REPS is preferred.  Must have strong organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
