Our caregivers receive access to Homewatch CareGivers University, an online training platform designed to give you the skills and confidence to meet each client's unique needs.

As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll provide personalized care, daily support, and companionship while helping clients maintain comfort and independence in their own homes.

As part of our team, you will:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, meals, and mobility.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Build meaningful relationships and keep clients engaged in daily life.
• Use our Care App to track schedules, tasks, and communicate with families and the office.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to support their health and well-being.

Requirements:

• Verification of certifications (if applicable)
• Previous caregiving experience preferred (home care or facility setting)
• Must pass background checks, DMV check, TB test, and drug screening
• Ability to meet quality standards of care and follow team procedures
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
