Job Description

Collaborates with and assists other care team providers in the delivery of information obtained through observation and documentation of changes in telemetry.

1. Education: High school diploma.

2. Experience: Previous telemetry monitoring experience preferred.

3. Licensure, Certification Registration Requirements: Successful completion of baseline telemetry monitoring competency examination and successful completion of annual competency examination. BLS Required.
