About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled MLOps Engineer to join our team and help build scalable, reliable, and efficient machine learning systems. You will work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps teams to automate model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure for model training, validation, and deployment.
Automate model deployment workflows and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning projects.
Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate models into production environments.
Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems for deployed ML models.
Manage versioning of datasets, models, and experiments.
Optimize model serving and inference for low latency and high throughput.
Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy in ML systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model deployment and performance.
Research and adopt best practices and tools in MLOps and ML infrastructure.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Experience building ML pipelines using tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, or similar.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging systems.
Understanding of data engineering concepts and ETL pipelines.
Strong scripting and automation skills.
Good problem-solving skills and teamwork attitude.
