Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our Middle School MOD (Moderate Disabilities) program. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, individualized instruction to students with special needs in a supportive, behavior-free classroom environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about inclusive education and committed to fostering academic and personal growth in every student.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
• Provide tutorial assistance and academic interventions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university (preferred)
• Valid state teaching certificate (required)
• Adaptive Certification (required)
• LBS1 Endorsement (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (preferred)
• CPR certification (if applicable)
