Mid-Level Business Intelligence Analyst - Accounting

Job Summary: As a Mid-Level Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in conducting full lifecycle analysis, including requirements gathering, design, documentation, testing, and validation. Your efforts will directly support the implementation of innovative Business Intelligence analytics solutions for our regional and system partners. You will contribute to developing analysis and reporting capabilities through keen insights and solid execution.

• Research, design, and implement application, database, and interface technologies according to provided platforms.
• Address issues arising during testing cycles, enhancing the quality of deliverables continuously.
• Document each development phase for future reference and maintenance, reinforcing strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Apply programming principles and design knowledge effectively to solve complex challenges with guidance.
• Intervene effectively and patiently with customers, particularly in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2-4 years of SQL programming in large data environments using OLTP, OLAP, or MPP architecture.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Enterprise BI tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, IBM Cognos, Power BI) based on complex data models.
• Proficient in writing and debugging intricate SQL queries.
• Experience engaging with internal or external customers for designing solutions and coordinating projects.
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
