What You’ll Do:

1. Lead and manage high-impact M&A deals from start to finish
2. Draft and negotiate equity and asset purchase agreements and related documents
3. Drive legal due diligence with a strategic, detail-oriented mindset
4. Collaborate with subject matter experts and manage junior associates
5. Engage directly with clients, investment bankers, and advisors with confidence and clarity
6. Help guide private equity transactions and private target M&A strategy

What We’re Looking For:

1. 4–6 years of sophisticated law firm experience in M&A and complex corporate matters
2. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders with precision
3. Strong legal writing, analytical thinking, and practical problem-solving skills
4. Client-savvy with excellent communication and interpersonal finesse
5. A high degree of ownership, professionalism, and business acumen
