The Westin Kierland Golf Club in Scottsdale, AZ is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Merchandise Assistant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the club managed by Troon. Key responsibilities of the Merchandise Assistant:

• Assists in managing the retail operation for the Golf Shop
• Monthly inventory count
• Greets guests upon arrival into the Golf Shop
• Prepare all merchandise for the floor
• Assists in creating/receiving Purchase Orders
• Assists in maintaining the golf shop cleaning standards
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Available to work weekends and holidays

This is a part-time opportunity! Minimum qualifications for the Merchandise Assistant:

• High School education or its equivalent
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training
• Physical requirements and other qualifications:
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Frequent bending, turning, kneeling and stooping
• Computer skills with Point of Sales (POS) systems and Microsoft applications
• Ability to multi-task: answer phones, greet members, answer questions, sell and place special orders
