What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and establish the engineering division from the ground up
• Manage projects efficiently and ensure top-quality results

• Serve as a key decision-maker and long-term asset in the firm

What We're Looking For

• Registered Engineer (required)
• 610 years of professional engineering experience
• Strong background in commercial projects
• Proven leadership skills and ability to build/mentor a team
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build a program from scratch
