The Role:

• Provide individual therapy using your unique style and clinical expertise.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation with the support of streamlined systems.
• Engage creatively with your clients to help them meet their goals.
• Full-time therapists carry a caseload of 25 -30 billable sessions per week

What We're Looking For:

• Fully licensed mental health professionals in Maryland: LCPC, LGPC, LCSW-C, LMSW, PsyD, or PhD
• Experience with treatment planning and clinical documentation.
• Strong boundaries, a collaborative spirit, and a heart for helping others.
• A sense of humor! (Seriously, we think it's essential.)
