Compass Intervention Center is a 108 bed inpatient behavioral health facility with numerous outpatient programs which span the entire continuum of care. Compass campus is located in Memphis, TN. Qualifications key include:

• Bachelors degree in psychology or related field highly preferred; high school diploma required.
• One-year experience working with a psychiatric client population preferred.
• Must possess knowledge of psychiatric group processes, therapeutic relationships processes, age specific growth and development, limit setting and behavior management, crisis management with aggressive behaviors, verbal de-escalation, handle with care and CPR training.
• Prefer knowledge of effective teaching skills and educational strategies with a special education population, individual and group management skills, therapeutic relationships and processes, age specific growth and development; limit setting and crisis and behavior management.
