Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is excited to invite talented Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to join our team.

*** Please note that all clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state where they will practice.***

*** We are currently offering a $7500 Ramp Stipend/Sign-on bonus for clinicians providing 25 clinical hours or more per week.***

Compensation: This is a Fee for Service (W2) position with an earning potential of $130,000-$187,000 per year based on 25-35 clinical hours weekly.

At Thriveworks, we prioritize safety and best practices. While we offer stimulant medications based on individual client needs, our approach ensures that prescribing decisions are made with client health as the priority. Currently, we do not treat substance use disorders but refer clients to in-person providers when necessary.

As a Thriveworks Nurse Practitioner, you will care for clients experiencing a range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, and ADHD, primarily serving adults and adolescents with plans to expand our services to a broader age range.

Qualifications:

• Active license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification.

• Master's degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority required in the state of practice.

• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR system is a plus.

• Minimum of 1 year of psychiatric practice required; three years of experience is preferred.

• Clinicians must be licensed and reside in the state where they will practice.

• All new hires will undergo in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and will take a certification exam.

What We Need:

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.

• Be able to treat clients aged 14 years and older.

• Visit the office at least 1 day per week.

• Prescribe medications to alleviate mental health symptoms as necessary.

• Develop and collaborate with clients on personalized care plans.

• Complete and/or administer necessary paperwork and assessment tools for clients.

• Follow Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.

• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and team members regarding client care, programs, and services.
