Position : Mental Health Therapist serving Adults, Children, and/or Adolescents.
Our Ellie clinic is structured to remove the daily obstacles that get in the way of providing world-class mental health services. Who we are looking for: An LPC/LPCC, LISW, or PhD serving Adults, Couples, Children, Adolescents, and/or Families

Responsibilities and Duties

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and facilitate individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
• Utilize creativity and humor in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
• Maintain documentation according to common sense company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate services with other Ellie staff, families, work personnel, medical professionals, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings, trainings, and team building activities.
• Generate ideas during team meetings to help reduce burnout, develop new practice initiatives, increase job satisfaction, and create an enjoyable office atmosphere.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates must have an LPC, LPCC, LISW, or PhD.
• Must be licensed in the state of Ohio
• Master's degree or higher in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Willingness to enjoy the work environment, use humor and creativity in the counseling process, and engage colleagues in case consultations.
