Meeting Service Tech - 1st shift

• Complete daily/weekly meeting room inspections
• Document inspection results with the use of mobile device
• Print and post daily meeting room schedules
• Maintain AV asset inventory database documenting equipment location and ID numbers
• Move, set up, arrange, break down tables and chairs per daily set up requirements for flexible seating meeting room spaces. Transport and set up portable AV equipment across a campus of 3 buildings
• Set up and tear down of special event venues, tables, chairs, linens, skirting, AV equipment, cabling etc.
• Follows direction of supervisor
• Communicates well with all team members and client
• Complies with departmental policy for all safe practices
• Perform other duties as assigned.
