Job Summary and Qualifications

A position requiring technical skills in all areas of the clinical laboratory, including performing quality control and requiring knowledge of laboratory information system in order to maintain files and equipment. The Med Tech will perform standard laboratory procedures requiring a broad use of independent judgment and responsibility with minimal technical supervision. The Med Tech will maintain equipment and records and perform quality control related to test performance

• BS degree in Medical Technology or any Laboratory Science.
• ASCP or equivalent or eligible for certification and completed within 6 months.
• 1 year preferred
