Experience:

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

12 months between Staff at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System

Additional Details:

Previous Employment Requirements : Return staff policy - 1 year

Shift & Scheduling : Every other weekends, Day/Night Rotation

Required Skills/Experience : Must be able to take own Pt assignment, with the support of an RN

Types of Patients on Unit : Adults, Geriatrics

Unit Details : Number of Bed 27, Daily Census 26

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit : Medical patients- COPD exac, Infections, failure to thrive, social issues

Lab Completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing.

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
