Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials:LPN EKG exam is required (will not take medication portion of normal EKG exam)

Shift & Scheduling:Every other weekendEvery other holiday

Unit Details:30 Bed Unit

Preferred Skills/Experience:Ortho, bariatric, medical surgical patients exp preferred1 year of clinical patient care experience (e.g., PCT, CNA, LPN) in an acute care setting, long-term care facility, or physician practice

Types of Patients on Unit:Patient cases - Up to 6L NC, intermittent BiPAP. No special procedures.

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
