The posted compensation range of $24.00 - $28.39 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Assists HIM management in the accurate, timely and complete processing of medical records. Responds to requests for medical information from courts, copy services, insurance companies, hospitals, attorneys, arbitrations, industrial commissions, physician offices, and federal and state intermediaries by performing clerical duties in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for chart assembly and the analysis of inpatient and outpatient records.

Minimum Requirements: Three years previous medical records experience. Three years previous experience dealing with the public. High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
