How you'll contribute

A Medical Lab Tech (MLT)who excels in this role:

• Accurately performs and analyze tests
• Identifies and initiates appropriatecalibration and quality assurance
• Provides test results promptly and accurately
• Alert care team or and results that require immediate attention
• Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, and Blood Bank

What we're looking for an MLT with a deep-seated passion for solving clinical puzzles and a meticulous dedication to a career where every test and analysis directly impacts a patient's diagnosis and treatment plan, making you a vital partner in the healthcare team.

Applicants should possess a associate's degree from an accredited school. Additional requirements include:

Board eligible through ASCP,AMT, or NCA

Previous hospital experience is required

Previous experience in Blood Banking is preferred
