Salary Range: $175,000 to $305,000 annually, with uncapped productivity income potential (yes, you read that right no cap!). Compensation includes a monthly leadership stipend and the expectation of managing 20 patients per day.

• Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Clinical leadership experience.
• Relevant clinical experience treating patients in the last 12 months.
• An active and unrestricted NC medical license , DEA, Medicare, and Medicaid provider numbers.
