If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience working clinically as a hospitalist with aspirations for leadership and a desire to take the next step in their career, or prior experience in a clinical leadership, you are just right for this role. You should be board certified in internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM) (with direct hospital medicine experience).
