About the Position:

We are seeking skilled EMT Basics, EMT Advanced, Paramedics, LVNs, or LPNs to take on the role of Center Medical Specialist in our plasma donation centers. Your experience is invaluable, and we encourage you to discover career opportunities in our rapidly growing family-like culture.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conducting physical exams and documenting medical histories to determine donor suitability
• Building rapport with donors to ensure satisfaction
• Maintaining donor and staff confidentiality
• Providing donor education and counseling regarding health and test results
• Evaluating and managing donor injuries and adverse events
• Assessing health histories to ensure donor safety
• Training new employees
• Administering employee health programs

Qualifications:

You must be licensed as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT in your state and have a current CPR certification.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform tasks in both standing and sitting positions
• Frequent hand and foot movement
• Light lifting capabilities (up to 50 lbs)
• Ability to communicate effectively with others
• Exposure to biological materials and potential hazards
• Must wear personal protective equipment when required
