Job description:

As a Medical Assistant/MA-C, you'll help with administrative and clinical tasks like scheduling appointments, updating information in EPIC and taking patients' vital signs at appointments. At our Urology Clinics, we treat diseases such as urinary tract infections, kidney stones and incontinence issues, ranging from discomforting to extremely painful. Join our team to detect and treat both mild and serious urologic conditions effectively and quickly, providing much-needed relief to patients with kidney, bladder and prostate concerns.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants or
• Coursework/Training: Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program or
• Coursework/Training: Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces or
• Coursework/Training: Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes the following clinical skills: obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration
• Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• 6 months of Healthcare experience
• 6 months of Medical Assistant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Medical Assistant Certification upon hire
