Pay: $21.49 - $27.94/hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certification or registration as a Medical Assistant (MA I)
• Alternatively, a candidate with 3 years of Medical Assistant experience or a graduate of an accredited medical assistant program may be considered.
• BLS certification - must have BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross with a valid card before the start date, valid for at least sixty days after hire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing direct patient care activities, such as obtaining vital signs and specimen collection.
• Maintaining an organized and stocked care area.
• Ensuring medical equipment and supplies are well-maintained.
• Carrying out administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.
