Position Details:

• Type: Full-time Days, various shifts available
• Hours: 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
• Pay: $20.26 - $26.34/hour, based on relevant experience

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Medical Assistant certification or registration (Medical Assistant I)
• If you lack certification, 3 years of Medical Assistant experience or graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program can qualify you.
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, with valid card by start date.

Your Role:

As a Medical Assistant, you will:

• Provide direct patient care under the guidance of healthcare providers
• Put wellness and patient perspectives first
• Support the onboarding of new team members
• Collaborate effectively with specialized ancillary staff
• Embrace learnings in a dynamic clinical environment
• Contribute to ensuring safety and quality at the point of care

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather vital signs, collect specimens, and communicate patient condition changes
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized care area
• Manage medical supplies and equipment
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration
