Location: 3900 Hall Ave, Marinette, WI 54143
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Assignment Duration: Approximately 3 months according to the project need
Employment Type: Contract | Possibility for limited ongoing hours after assignment completion (not guaranteed)

Position Overview
We are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our healthcare team in Marinette, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities

• Register and schedule patients efficiently and accurately.
• Room patients, take and record vital signs, and assist with provider orders.
• Perform phlebotomy, collect laboratory specimens, and conduct point-of-care testing.
• Answer phones, return patient messages, and support clinical communication needs.
• Collaborate with the Nurse Practitioner (NP) and team members to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
• Proficiency in Phlebotomy and specimen collection
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a patient-focused setting

Pay Details: $24.74 per hour
