Salary Range: $83,200.00 - $93,184.00

Job Description

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, and document care in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patient conditions.
• Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
• Apply sound nursing judgment to make informed decisions regarding patient care management.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as prescribed.
• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care for each patient.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from a professional nursing program resulting in a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Current New York State Registered Nurse license required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained and maintained.
• 1-3 years of relevant clinical RN experience in a Med-Surg or Progressive Care setting preferred.
• Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills are essential.
• Knowledge of quality improvement concepts and the ability to apply problem-solving techniques in support of patient care excellence.
