Mechanical Technician

Insight Global has an immediate need for 2 Mechanical Operators to work for a company in Wilsonville, Oregon. The Mechanical Operator is responsible for the assembly of all mechanical components of automation equipment per supplied mechanical drawings and the assembly of pneumatic components. Will also be performing the mechanical portions of testing, debugging, installing and repairing automation equipment.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience working with mechanical parts as a mechanical technician, mechanical assembler or related role.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics both on paper and on a computer.
• Experience using SolidWorks or a comparable 3D CAD software for assembly purposes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience installing equipment on a customer site.
Machining experience.
