Highlights of Your Role:

• Analyze production and maintenance data to identify root causes of issues.
• Utilize 3D modeling to design and enhance equipment, ensuring alignment with production, maintenance, and safety requirements.
• Showcase innovation and efficiency in engineering concepts and designs, leading trials to test and validate enhancements.
• Oversee project management to ensure successful delivery (on scope, on time, on budget) using established departmental processes.
• Collaborate across teams, delivering projects that exceed customer expectations.

Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 annually

You're a Good Fit If You Have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology - required
• 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in 3-D CAD software (SolidWorks, CREO, Inventor) - required
• Demonstrated project management skills - required
• A strong interest in hands-on work with mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment
