Responsibilities:

• Analyze production and maintenance data to conduct root cause analysis and drive improvements.
• Utilize 3D modeling to create new equipment designs or modify existing ones, ensuring production, maintenance, and safety needs are fulfilled.
• Showcase innovation and efficiency through engineering concepts and designs, leading trials to test and validate improvements.
• Manage projects to ensure success within scope, budget, and timelines using established departmental processes.
• Support production, maintenance, and cross-functional teams as needed, consistently delivering projects that exceed customer expectations.

Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 annually

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology (required).
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, CREO, Inventor) is required.
• Proven project management skills are mandatory.
• A hands-on approach to working with mechanical systems in a manufacturing setting is essential.
