Typical Daily Duties

Work with team members, vendors, and management to design new products or modify existing ones

Generate product and detailed drawings using CAD systems (Solid Edge preferred)

Create and revise Bills of Material and Operations as part of the design release process

Generate and execute Engineering Change Requests (CRs)

Research new product ideas, methods, and practices based on marketing and engineering directives

Use Lean tools to identify and eliminate waste in processes

What We're Looking For

2-year associate's degree in engineering or design required; bachelor's preferred

Minimum 2 years' experience with 3-D CAD

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on capabilities
