Our client, a leading custom trailer manufacturer supporting major sports brands including racing, golf, and professional team sports is seeking a Design Engineer to join their team. As a Design Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting Sales, Production, and Purchasing teams. The ideal candidate will bring problem-solving skills, collaborative communication, and technical design expertise to help deliver highly customized builds, professional branding, and diverse projects in a strong, team-driven culture.

What's the Job?

• Use AutoCAD 2D and Inventor 3D to create custom and standard trailer designs
• Develop detailed fabrication and assembly drawings with proper fit and function
• Lead design reviews with production leaders and collaborate with sales/vendors
• Document BOM changes, engineering updates, and project change orders
• Manage multiple custom trailer projects while ensuring safety, accuracy, and timeliness

What's Needed? (Flexible)

Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering

13 years design experience with proven 3D modeling skills
