Mechanic II

Hvacr Systems Manager

Responsible for the performance, quality and reliability of the HVAC&R systems.

Will oversee mechanics, technicians, contractors and consultants to monitor performance and quality.

Manage the repair and maintenance of centralized chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, package type AC units, walk in freezers, HHQ boilers, humidifiers/dehumidifiers and exhaust system in the main hospital campus.

Manage HVAC&R Engineering Team Manage the operation and upkeep of the Building Management System.

Prepares operational and capital budget.

Trains mechanics and technicians in the field of electrical and DDC controls, pneumatic controls and HVAC & Refrigeration Systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

EPA Certification required.

5 years + of HVAC Journeyman or equivalent.

Highly proficient in Building Management Systems such as Siemens, Alerton and Johnson Controls maintenance and repair of boilers, chillers, refrigerators.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
