Compensation: $22.95/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Work effectively in a repetitive and fast-paced environment, handling processes such as weighing, bagging, packing, unpacking, labeling, and boxing meat products.
• Utilize a knife or other tools to process meat by trimming fat, defects, or contaminants.
• Monitor and program machinery to maintain process efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations diligently.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Adapt to varied work conditions including humidity and slippery surfaces.
• Stand for long periods and use stairs while wearing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating food processing equipment.
• Experience using a knife in a production or similar setting.
• Background in meat processing.
• Experience in a repetitive industrial or fast-paced environment.
