Our client, a global cosmetics company, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Midtown Manhattan. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies. Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered.
Role Overview:

Contract Role: 5 months
Pay: $48-$52/hr on W2
Schedule: Hybrid, flexibility required, 40-hour work week

Responsibilities:

Support project to transform code creation and technology
Project management support and documentation
Perform data mapping, data validation, and data quality assurance
Create, design, and maintain, Excel documents

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree is required, concentration in IT, Data Analytics, or Business is preferred
Prior experience working in the consumer goods, fashion, or beauty industry
Deep understanding of data management principles
Advanced experience with master data management (taxonomy, data modeling, data governance, literacy tools, etc.)
Strong background in requirement gathering, data profiling, and solution design
Change management experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
