Material Handling Operator

Position Overview

What You'll Be Doing:

• Exhibit a strong commitment to workplace safety at all times.
• Conduct daily inspections of forklifts and complete the necessary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with lift truck maintenance and servicing guidelines.
• Efficiently load and unload materials while adhering to safety protocols.
• Verify load contents for accuracy and securely manage materials.
• Guarantee timely shipping of all products.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors to promptly address any issues.
• Adhere to all regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Preferred valid forklift certification.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• A strong motivation to learn, develop, and achieve success.
• Industrial experience and post-secondary education will be seen as beneficial.
• A steadfast commitment to safety in the workplace.
• Capability to work rotating shifts as necessary.
