Material Handler First shift (Leeds)

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics sector, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the operations supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: North Charleston, SC

Pay Range: 23

Shift: 2:30pm -11 

What's the Job?

• Fill orders and package materials and finished products.
• Unload materials from trucks efficiently and safely.
• Operate a computer terminal for data input and documentation.
• Prepare and package finished goods for shipping.
• Distribute incoming freight to appropriate departments using a forklift, pallet jack, or hand truck.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic data entry skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Commitment to comply with environmental and safety policies.
