Material Handler - 1st Shift

Aerotek is currently hiring for Material Handlers in Frederick, MD!

Responsibilities

• Operate picker, turret, and forklift, adhering to all safety protocols.

• Identify and label products accurately.

• Take guidance from the Warehouse Foreman or higher authority.

• Communicate professionally with warehouse and production teams.

• Use SAP to look up available inventory and perform transactions.

• Load and unload materials safely from shelves or pallets.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Material handling experience in a warehouse.

• Knowledge of hand tools.

• Experience with SAP and RF scanners.

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions.

Work Environment

• This role operates in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, and distribution environment.

• The shift is from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break. There is potential for work on Saturdays as needed.

• Steel-toe boots are required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
