Ellisville, MO Pay Rate: $19.26/hr Shift: 1st Shift Work Schedule: Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM Optional: Friday & Monday: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM Overtime Required Join a union-supported team where safety, precision, and teamwork drive success. As a PIEO I, you'll play a key role in ensuring materials are delivered to machines efficiently and quality parts are shipped to customers on time.

What You'll Do:

• Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, electric pallet jacks) in tight spaces
• Perform safety inspections on equipment
• Use RF scanners and computers for inventory transactions
• Receive, put away, and prepare product using stretch wrap equipment and scales
• Lift up to 35 lbs, climb ladders, and work in physically demanding conditions
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Collaborate in a team-based environment to meet production goals

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (from an accredited institution)
• Completion of forklift and electric pallet jack training
• Basic math skills
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, and reach safely
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Skills:

• Experience operating powered industrial equipment
• Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
