Thriveworks is seeking passionate individuals pursuing Massachusetts Licensure as an LMHC to provide a blend of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

This position offers a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians working 25+ hours each week.

What We're Looking For
We are welcoming provisionally licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who are eager to make a positive impact and grow with us. We are particularly interested in candidates who:

Are available full-time (30 hours/week, including 25+ client visits and 5 hours for administrative tasks like supervision).
Have experience as generalists in behavioral health (willing to work with couples/children, with support).
Value autonomy yet enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
Possess strong character—integrity, openness, and commitment to quality care are essential.
Reside within 45 minutes of our Westborough, MA office and can work onsite during the probationary period, transitioning to a hybrid model (50% in-office, 50% remote).
Can demonstrate flexibility in their work schedule.

Qualifications:

Must be seeking licensure in Massachusetts, where services are provided.
A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
Experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required (graduate or post-graduate).
Preferred experience independently conducting intakes and making diagnoses under a licensed supervisor, in line with the current DSM-5.

Compensation:
Up to $73,600 based on licensure type/level, client volume, and potential bonuses.
