Marketing Project Manager

Our client, a leader in innovative design and workspace solutions, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Marketing Project Manager to join their team. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the marketing department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:Grand Rapids, MI

Pay Range: $43-45/hr

What's the Job?

• Lead the timeline management of the brand renewal campaign for Coalesse, ensuring all project milestones are met on schedule.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across marketing, creative, digital, and external partners to deliver high-quality assets.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify potential risks and proactively resolve blockers to keep projects on track and aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing and go-to-market project management.
• Proven success managing omni-channel campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of creative development workflows and digital marketing channels.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Workfront.
