The pay range for this position is $71,000 - $128,000.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Manager, Frequency Guest Marketing Strategy , you will contribute to Target’s key initiatives by becoming an expert on the Everyday Care business and developing the marketing strategy through management of execution and measurement. The role requires business acumen, strategic thinking, and attention to detail. You will translate business priorities, goals, and guest insights into actionable and measurable marketing plans. In your role you will manage relationships with Merchants and internal Marketing & Digital teams, building industry-leading plans that achieve Target’s business objectives.

About You

• Four‑year degree required, Marketing emphasis or major preferred
• 5+ years of related work experience
• Experience driving successful strategic marketing strategy and execution
• Curiosity and drive to understand guest needs, segmentation, and the business, and the ability to analyze, interpret and synthesize that data into a compelling story
• Tenacity and courage to push constantly to make the work better, learn from results and be the voice of the guest and business
• Ability to engage partners across the organization at the right times to collaboratively solve problems, while keeping them informed, engaged and involved along the way
• Creative and media acumen with ability to inspire, brief, and assess worked against a defined strategy
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Agency or marketing experience preferred

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. Key duties may require onsite presence at the Target HQ in MN and virtual work depending on the day.
