Key Job Responsibilities:

Serve as primary point of contact for marketing and advertising agencies, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Enhance agency workflows and processes to drive operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
Drive day-to-day paid media strategy and oversee agency execution across digital channels, including providing strategic direction, campaign optimization guidance, and performance reporting requirements.
Lead the agency in helping to develop quarterly marketing plans encompassing onsite, free offsite, paid offsite, and merchandising strategies.
Partner cross-functionally with Content, Creative, Product, and Monetization teams to align agency-developed quarterly marketing calendars with business objectives.
Monitor performance metrics and create regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
