Marketing Intern

About the Role

As a Marketing Intern, you will develop and execute strategies to communicate the value of relevant Kohl’s products and services to the right customers as efficiently and profitably as possible.

What You’ll Do

● Assist in the development of Kohl's brand storytelling and promotional experiences for Kohl’s customers

● Work collaboratively with cross functional partners to bring Kohl's brands to life

● Build a strategy to be impactful for customers and execute media, creative and promotional strategies to align with that strategy

Marketing Intern:

● Interpret and synthesize data and insights to contribute to projects that drive traffic to Kohl’s stores and website

● Develop and recommend data-driven strategies to marketing decision-makers

● Activate new marketing tactics and/or processes

● Contribute to the creation and execution of cross-channel brand, digital and event marketing plan

● Marketing interns can be placed on teams including: Brand Activation, Strategy, Promo, Content Execution, Operations, Loyalty, Media, Kohl’s Media Network, Project Coordination, In Store Marketing Planning
