Marketing Coordinator

Our client is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator for an ONSITE position. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services, strengthen client relationships, and generate new business opportunities. This role requires a hands-on professional with experience in marketing materials creation, campaign execution, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and sales collateral that align with brand standards.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
• Manage email marketing campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring strong messaging and measurable results.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide tools, resources, and content that support business development efforts.
• Maintain and update website content, social media channels, and company newsletters.
• Assist with event coordination, trade shows, and client presentations.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all internal and external communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction, contracting, or related B2B industries.
• Strong skills in creating marketing materials, collateral, and digital campaigns.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with experience supporting sales or business development teams.
