As the Retail Experience Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing in-store marketing experiences. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the seamless, on-time, and on-budget execution of initiatives that enhance the in-store experience for our customers.

Primary Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and store experience initiatives.
• Support creative development by organizing inputs and managing timelines.
• Coordinate print production and shipping logistics, including print requests, vendor quotes, PO submissions, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain project trackers, checklists, and documentation to ensure smooth execution.
• Support field communications (e.g., signage guides, myWork tasks, monthly checklists).
• Collect, analyze, and report on customer and market data to support segmentation, competitive analysis, campaign planning, and performance optimization.
• Maintain dashboards and performance reports, leveraging insights to optimize marketing efforts and stay informed on industry trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 12 years of experience in marketing and/or retail environment.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Problem-solving mindset with a collaborative attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the in-store retail environment.
• Exposure to marketing analytics or campaign performance reporting.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Interest in emerging technologies, including AI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.10 - $44.99

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
