Manufacturing Trainer

Trainer Position

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Trainer to lead training sessions and develop engaging educational content for a start-up drone company in Hayward, CA! The trainer will play a key role in enhancing the skills of our workforce through innovative training methods and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions for line operations and system usage, including computer-based tools.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including video content and digital resources.
• Collaborate across departments to support ongoing training needs.
• Contribute to building a scalable training setup for future growth.
• Adapt training approaches for diverse backgrounds, such as automotive, electronics, and medical industries.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of one prior training experience, formal or informal.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects.
• Creative mindset for building engaging educational content.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in industries like automotive, electronics, or medical preferred.
• 1 year of manufacturing training experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
