Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Technician! In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production of oriented strand board (OSB) by operating and assisting with machinery. We prioritize safety and productivity, creating an excellent work environment for all our employees and contractors.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Operating manufacturing equipment for OSB production
- Using forklifts and mobile equipment for effective product management
- Performing regular preventive maintenance and cleaning on equipment
- Collaborating safely and effectively in a team environment
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting equipment issues
- Participating in ongoing process improvements
- Completing shift paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Attending team meetings and training sessions regularly
- Adhering to all company safety protocols
- Taking on other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A strong team player who can add value to the team
- Open to cross-training for new roles and skills
- Consistent and reliable attendance
