Our client, a leader in healthcare systems, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Test Engineering Department supporting the FCT PCBA Team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Batesville, IN Pay Range: $25.00/hr Schedule: MondayFriday schedule with assigned 8-hour shifts between 7am6:30pm

What's the Job?

• Support the FCT PCBA team with hardware and fixture transport and setup
• Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical test fixtures
• Troubleshoot wiring and test equipment issues
• Assist with software installations following established procedures
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure smooth testing operations

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of experience in electronics or manufacturing technology
• Familiarity with FCT systems and PCBAs
• Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering tools
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently
• Associate degree preferred in Electronics or Engineering
