We are looking for a dependable and motivated manufacturing operator to join our team in Sanford. This role involves operating machinery, following safety protocols, and performing general labor tasks in a hands-on, industrial environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Perform general labor tasks including packaging and material handling
• Lift and move items weighing over 50 lbs regularly
• Work collaboratively with a small team where reliability and attendance are essential
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in general labor, manufacturing, or production environments
• Proficiency in machine operation and basic packaging processes
• Basic math skills for measurements and assessments
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility
• Willingness to wear a respirator and follow safety gear requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous industrial or physically demanding work experience
• Strong attendance record and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt to seasonal temperature changes in the facility

Work Environment:

This role requires wearing a hooded respirator, gloves, and boot covers. You'll be part of a close-knit team of four, handling tasks such as lifting barrels of powdered silicon and gum material for machine processing. The facility is not temperature-controlled, so adaptability to seasonal conditions is important.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00/hr.
